The catamaran is the wide, stable sort, and the windows under the waterline are the reason to choose it: the residents are usually met at the surface, and for the minutes they stay alongside you can go down and see the same animals with their bodies attached to their fins. That is worth knowing before you book, because the boat carries the words “Vision Submarine” on its hull and is not one — the island has exactly one real submarine, it is a separate booking, and it goes thirty metres down.
The no-chase policy in the name is not marketing either: Canarian law already caps every boat here at 60 m from the animals and thirty minutes near a group, and this operator’s claim is that it will not reposition to keep up with a moving pod.

Where exactly do I meet the boat?
